I frankly expected some enormous changes people have been requesting, why else would it capture a number of awards right. . ?
Because Reddit is giving out a lot of them for free to make people believe more folks are paying for them to promote more individuals to pay for them.
It's not totally free coins, at least from what I've seen. For the past couple of days I have gotten one daily arbitrary award for free to give to some post (as an incentive to buy coins I suppose). You can not select which award you receive and you only have 24 hours to use it. If you've been given an award-winning by Reddit, the"C" icon in the top right will say Free instead.
Yeah I arrived here hoping some shadow-dropped big upgrade, given the awards along with tens of thousands of upvotes. Now I just feel kind of disappointed lol
If this game has taught me anything, it is that the Animal Crossing community is extremely proud about acquiring any sort of attention.
I can see why people love this game, but awards for this is a bit much.
I do not understand why I can build cliffs wherever I need however, not so with slopes. Just 8. This doesn't make sense to me.
Furthermore, you can have"fake" bridges (just a little patch of land linking lands) before you commit to a bridge or just because. However,"fake" slopes? Nah. Would be nice if we can get at least some half-height hoppity-hop measures or something. .
I've 2 slopes left 4 places in your mind and that I can't decide. . So I guess it'll only be like that forever and carry a ladder everywhere
If they are not going to give us more slopes, then I wish they'd at least let's put ladders up against the side of cliffs so we can climb them without having to carry one around.
Yeah some people actually liked how it had been glitched so it may be neat if they inserted a fresh rug/floor that did similar stuff with symbolizing the wall in the long run but it kinda sucked for those who actually wanted to use that rug as ordinary.
They should at least make it so that if you speak to two villagers of the exact same character type at a row they won't supply you with the exact same bit of dialogue as the prior vlager did.
It is crazy how little dialogue is in this game compared to every one the past games. Like, it almost feels like the intent was to patch in dialog post-launch, but then just forgot about it.
New Horizons really has the more conversation than any other AC game. I think you just don't see it just as much because they prioritise making your villagers discuss everything you've been up to, like burying bells or digging up fossils.
