They replied an email regarding remote database after one month!
I could not wait to get the answer, had to change different approach. Furthermore, the replied email does not make any sense, did not answer my questions at all. (09/04/2010 14:19:43)

I have sent two emails to Melbourne IT regarding the remote mysql database server service. They did not reply me at all. I dont' want to phone since I have to hear some advertising voice for a few minutes before reaching their service. (24/03/2010 22:18:19)

My web site is hosted in Melbourne IT, it is surprised that the real web server is in USA, I ping with the ip address, and know the location is in USA. Fo date and time, I see it is 11 hours difference between USA and Australia.

I got some technical problems in my client's web stie, i phoned 1300 of the company phone, the service was good, the staff Jason is proffessional and helpful. I intended to change my password for mysql database, some problem was caused by myself, he was patient to wait and answer my questions. (23/01/2010 06:39:45)
