Good stuff. Try the omakase and sit in the sushi bar to get a full taste of Japanese Sushi cuisine. Although sometimes arguable as not 'completely' authentic, because of his overly used "aburi" (lightly seared with a blowtorch") technique, it's still damn tasty (and cool) and a great choice for sushi in Melbourne.
