True Pilates Sydney Studio is located 5 minutes from Central station. Our studio is a fully equipped Pilates studio teaching the Traditional Pilates Method also known as Romana's Pilates. We specialise in Private or duet classes reformer classes and small Mat classes. Our sessions are focused on technique with a traditional approach to Pilates. During the COVID -19 sanctions, we are offering Online Virtual Privates and mat classes. If you need help with strength training, rehabilitation then our quality boutique studio has you covered. We take a personal approach to all your fitness and training goals. With our great location we are able to service a large portion of Sydney including; Surry Hills, Haymarket, Darlinghurst, Paddington, Moore Park, Alexandria, Waterloo, Mascot, Redfern, Wynyard, Potts Point, Kings Cross and Pyrmont.
