This person has had my dress since March 11th, has received written and signed letter on April 11th in regards to the return of my dress in original form and if no repairs have been made or finished return as it is or including invoice of payment amount if alterations have been made and as such still has my dress, has not given communication on my dress, cost or repairs made and has made refusal to return it.

This dress is a vintage 1950s tailored worth $150. If this tailor does not return my dress as requested I will be sending them an invoice for the amount of my dress to be paid to myself as they seem to be quite keen to keep it. (04/05/2011 11:38:59)

I have rated the business with Poor quality, normal ambience, exceptionally poor service and normal price as I can not rate it as poor price because said person has not bothered to communicate with myself in regards to even sending me over what she has done on my dress nor how much it has cost to repair it.

As such, I can not rate price because nothing has been communicated to myself. (04/05/2011 11:32:43)
