eBay Australia

I have a fashion store in Sydney. My friend told me that I can also open a shop in eBay, this could be a new way for me to increase my sales revenue.
Does anyone have similar situation? I feel my store is quiet recently even I had huge discount in January sales. Online shopping has more opportunities? pls help!

For my experience, most of large stores, e.g., Myer, Kmart, and Dick Smith, etc, all have their e-commerce websites that are taking very important roles in sales now.

I registered ebay Australia for more than 6 years, tried to post somethings for sales. All are failed, i know someone can earn money there, but not for me:(

Recently, i posted a Label manager, the price is about $40, it costs $6 for listing, then charges about $3.9 for every item sold. Unfortunately, nothing sold, the price is very low in the Internet indeed. I know there are several reasons caused the unsuccessful sales, but i realise ebay is not my good choice of online shopping.
