Have been with Exetel for almost 4 years, and I would say their service are much better than before, very quick response through email/Forum, and most time you can reach the right person who solves your problem straight away. (19/02/2009 10:40:57)

Just knew an IDSL company bankrupted, it was a reseller of Telstra.

I know Exetel offers static IP even you just select $45/month plan.
Bigpond is expensive, they charge me $10/month if I need an extra static IP. (17/01/2009 13:05:21)

Yes, i remembered someone wanted to do port forwarding, he failed to do it in several ways, then a staff from Exetel help it out. Actually this is not the resposibility of Exetel. We realise this at last. (17/01/2009 12:43:00)
