how does Bill get those scrambled eggs so fluffy? That is one answer most of Sydney would like. Like the original Bills in Darlinghurst, Bills Surry Hills sets the standard for the perfect breakfast. Don't be dissuaded by the lengthy queues on the footpath of a weekend morning - the ricotta hotcakes are worth the wait, especially if you can snag a table in the sun. (26/10/2008 13:04:54)

Breakfast at Bills is a must. I chose a sunny seat outside because the - somewhat off-putting - queue of diners waiting for an inside seat. My choice of sweet-corn fritters, baby spinach, roasted tomatoes and bacon was superb. I wished there was room for the ricotta hotcakes too, they looked to-die-for. (04/09/2008 15:17:12)
