Harlequin Cafe specialises in all types of seafood, but none so much as oysters. Created in conjunction with professional shucker and self-proclaimed 'king of oysters' Jerry Fraser, Harlequin's oyster menu is an extensive ode to the salty little bivalve. Cold toppings might include wasabi and flying fish roe; or basil and vodka sorbet, while hot flavours range from the classic kilpatrick, to the cheeky 'pie' (beef, Guinness, mushrooms and shallots).
