How was a beautiful gift box printed?
A good-looking packaging gift box design is not only visually stunning, but also must have a stable packaging structure and appropriate materials, as well as strict standard process and fine technology. The material selection of the gift box is roughly divided into:
1. Cardboard type: white board with gray background, white board with white background, cow pickup, etc
2. High gloss board: gray board, etc
3. Dense board: the common thickness is 3-5mm
4. Natural materials: logs, bamboo, glass, ceramics, cotton, hemp, pulp, etc
5. Special materials: jelly, silica gel, etc
6. Plastic materials: pet, PVC, etc

A gift box has both aesthetic feeling and practicability, so the packaging structure is very key. The common packaging structures include: simple plastic material box, cardboard box structure, corrugated box, honeycomb paper pulp box, combined molding structure of folding box and wet mounting box, hard mounting box paste type... Multiple structures, combined with many materials and visual effects, form a variety of gift box packaging.

Classification of high-grade gift boxes
1.From the perspective of pasted fabrics, the most important ones are: paper, leather, cloth, etc.

Paper: including gold and silver cardboard, pearlescent paper and all kinds of art paper.
Leather materials: including leather and anti leather PU fabrics.
Fabric: including all kinds of cotton and linen textures.

2.in terms of application scope, it mainly includes daily chemicals, alcohol, food, tobacco, digital electronics, jewelry, etc.

Household chemicals: mainly used in cosmetics and perfume.
Liquor: mainly Baijiu, red wine and various foreign wines.
Food: mainly chocolate and health food.
Tobacco: high-end products launched by major tobacco companies.
Digital electronics: for example, high-end brand mobile phone box, tablet computer box, etc.
Jewelry: all kinds of jewelry are basically packaged in gift boxes with unique styles.

Common defects or quality control points
Loose edge: after the paper is pasted, there is loose adhesion and hanging between the paper and the gray board at the four edges of the box body.
Crease: after pasting, the paper surface forms an irregular dead fold with different length. Broken corners: after the paper is pasted, the paper is damaged and exposed at the four corners of the box body.
Exposed ash (exposed bottom): due to the inaccuracy of knife plate making or the offset of positioning during pasting operation, the stacking position of the paperboard is misplaced after folding, resulting in the exposure of the ash board
Blistering: blisters with irregular bulges and different sizes on the surface of the box.
Glue stains: traces of glue left on the surface.
Protrusion (acne): there are granular substances left in the lower layer of the packing material, which locally prop up the surface and destroy the flatness of the box surface.
High and low angle: after the gray board is half through die cutting or slotting, the four sides are folded up to form, and the height of the two adjacent sides is inconsistent.
Water ripple: after the pasting of the box body is completed, in order to make its edges and corners adhere more tightly, it is also necessary to scrape the four edges of the box body with a scraper. Due to the non-standard force, strips or bubbles with different length and concave convex will appear on the whole edge, which seems to be water ripple.
