If you need to receive or send large files, we bring you different tools so that you don't use the mail to send them, something that is usually common.

  1. Google Drive:

Google Drive is the platform we use the most in our day-to-day to store all kinds of files and share documents with clients and colleagues. It's very convenient because we have it synchronized on all the devices we use (iPhone, Tablet, and Mac) and it also allows you to create your documents (texts, presentations, and spreadsheets) that automatically save changes as you edit them.

To access it, you simply need a Gmail account with which you have 15GB of free space available. If you require more space, you can expand your storage for a very affordable price.

  1. Dropbox:

Dropbox is a tool very similar to Drive since it allows you to create, store, organize, and share files with other people. It is available for teams and individuals, and its features include:

- Paper: Create and edit documents without leaving Dropbox.

- HelloSign: add secure electronic signatures to any document.

- Transfer: send large files quickly and easily.

  1. OneDrive:

To transfer large files, OneDrive is very similar to the previous ones, OneDrive is Microsoft's file and photo storage platform, so it is available with any Outlook or Hotmail email account. It allows you to save, organize and simply share files, although it does not have tools for creating documents.

  1. WeTransfer:

WeTransfer is one of the best-known tools for sending large files. It is the one we use the most when we have to send large files such as videos, tutorials, or a folder with numerous files (a logo and its variations, for example). It is available in two modalities: basic (free) and pro (paid) with extra features.

To share files by WeTransfer, you simply have to upload them, put your email and that of the person you want to receive them and add an optional message. Nothing else, it's very easy.

  1. iCloud:

iCloud is Apple's file storage platform to transfer big files, so if you have a Mac, iPad, or iPhone device, you automatically have an account, since all your devices include it. iCloud allows you to store photos, files, videos, notes, and other content always protected, updated, and available whenever you need it. Plus, they sync automatically so you don't have to worry about a thing.
