United States district judge Richard Kyle declared in a press release that "This judge sees no reason for this action to proceed in Minnesota," according to Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports.

"Indeed the court is of the view that there is the absence of any reason for this proceeding to have been commenced in Minnesota in any way," says Kyle, via Garafolo. "Brady is a player for a team from Massachusetts; the Union is located within Washington, D.C.; the Madden NFL 23 is headquartered in New York; the arbitration proceedings were held in New York and the award was issued in New York."

The Madden NFL 23PA plans to amend its lawsuit against Madden NFL 23 immediate on the day of Thursday in Manhattan According to Albert Breer of the Madden NFL 23 Network.
